- Mae West
You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.
This is my story of unbreakable determination and transformation.
I once weighed 190 kilos, hiding in shame, hating the reflection staring back at me. But deep inside, a tiny spark whispered: "You are more than this." The real battle wasn't the workouts it was rising when every fiber screamed "Give up!" Discipline isn't punishment it's the self-love I finally embraced.
Today, I look back and barely recognize the man I was not just in body, but in spirit.
Current Goal: Extreme Transformation
Right now, I'm deep in a focused cutting phase with one clear target: dropping to 12% body fat to set the perfect foundation for my next clean bulk.
This isn't about rushing or extreme deficits it's about smart, sustainable fat loss while protecting every ounce of hard-earned muscle.
No guesswork just precise tweaks to keep the deficit tactical and effective.
Paired with that is my structured 5-day training split, built around high-frequency compound lifts, progressive overload, and smart volume management to maintain (or even slightly build) strength in a calorie deficit.
The goal: maximize muscle retention, keep performance high, and come out leaner, stronger, and ready to pack on quality mass in the upcoming bulk phase.
This phase is all about consistency, data, and long-term thinking. 12% body fat isn't the end it's the launchpad for the next level of my bodybuilding journey.
